Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Specialist to join a leading manufacturing company in the building materials and industrial pipes industry.

This on-site role, operating Monday through Saturday, is crucial for managing and maintaining the company's comprehensive IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and providing essential technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s computers, network, systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications.
• Manage network connectivity, printers, user accounts, and access controls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, backups, and data protection procedures.
• Support CCTV, access control, and other technology systems as required.
• Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for procurement and support.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking principles, and Windows operating systems.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

• Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network security concepts.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an advantage.

• Proximity to Lekki Free Trade Zone/Ibeju-Lekki is strongly preferred.
