Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular and scheduled system backups for operational databases, system logs, and critical business data to guarantee data integrity, security, and disaster recovery preparedness.

Provide comprehensive technical support and user administration for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including inventory tracking modules, sales & distribution software, and supply chain tools.

Manage directory services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), user accounts, identity provisioning, and strict role-based system access permissions across all departments.

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware across facility operations, including servers, workstations, barcode scanners, and operational handheld tablets.

Rapidly troubleshoot software errors, hardware failures, and network outages to minimize operational downtime and maintain continuous production flow.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

6 to 7 years of core experience in IT support, systems administration, network maintenance, and hardware infrastructure management.

Hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace administration, ERP systems support, database logs, and general enterprise hardware maintenance.

Prior experience working within FMCG, manufacturing, or beverage/water production operations is highly advantageous.

Preferred candidates should reside in or around Mowe, Ibafo, Lotto, or Sagamu for efficient commute access to primary operational sites in Omole and Owode.

Ability and willingness to work full-time hours (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), including occasional Saturday shifts when required by production schedules.
