Job Title: IT Service Monitoring and Operations Officer

Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse IT services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools
• Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
• Analyse performance data to optimize IT services
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents
• Provide reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk, or related role
• Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios, Manage Engine)
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

N150,000 monthly.

Job Title: Internal Audit Officer

Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
• Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
• Manage resources and audit assignments.
• Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
• Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
• Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
• Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
• Overall supervision of planned annual audits.

Requirements

• Degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting or Financial Management (essential).
• Two years of work experience in an internal audit environment.
• Good accounting skills
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.

Salary

N193,000 monthly (net).

Job Title: Finance and Operations Officer

Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract Contract Role: 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily transaction records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

• Help plan, monitor, and oversee departmental and company-wide budgets to prevent overspending.

• Perform bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements.

• Support internal and external audits, manage tax documentation, and enforce financial regulations.

• Oversee payroll processing, employee expense claims, and vendor payments.

• Evaluate operational workflows and develop policies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

• Monitor operational costs, profit margins, and inventory or resource allocation.

• Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers.

• Assist with human resources administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and record-keeping

• Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or operations management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience finance/operations or accounting role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

• Good communication skills.

Salary

N193,000 net month.

Job Title: Fraud Analyst

Location: Lagos Employment Type: Contract Work Mode: 24/7 Shift Operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time fraud alerts and suspicious transactions.
• Investigate suspicious accounts, wallets, cards and customer activities.
• Identify fraud patterns, anomalies and emerging threats.
• Review and analyse transaction records, customer profiles and relevant evidence.
• Escalate confirmed and suspected fraud incidents appropriately.
• Prepare daily monitoring and shift handover reports.
• Maintain accurate case records and investigation documentation.
• Support fraud prevention, detection and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Analyse fraud trends and provide insights to improve monitoring effectiveness.
• Ensure alerts are reviewed and resolved within approved SLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 shift operations, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Statistics, Computer Science, Criminology, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Fraud Management, Risk Management, Compliance, or Financial Crime will be an added advantage.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Fraud Monitoring, Fraud Investigation, Financial Crime, Compliance in a banking sector.
• Experience working in a transaction monitoring or fraud operations environment is preferred.
• Experience using fraud management systems, case management tools, and monitoring platforms will be an added advantage.
• Experience within Banking, Fintech, Mobile Money, Payment Services, or Telecommunications industries is desirable.

Salary

N193,000 per month.
