Imagine participating in a technical design meeting focused on access settings with a skilled technical team, then moderating a discussion with Cybersecurity and HR professionals about certificate distribution in the afternoon. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to organize your working hours and work both on-site and remotely, making each day unique and impactful.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work with industry leaders on Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and PAM services and processes.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers, ensuring alignment and success.
- Offer technical input to identify services, tooling, and processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives while working closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects.
- Partner with IAM Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in support processes.
- Manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment, ensuring swift resolution.
What You Bring
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
- A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with industry-leading PAM technologies and standard PAM processes & documentation.
- Proficiency with MS InTune, Entra, and M365, showcasing your technical expertise.
- Experience with Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.
