About the Role The IT-Security Compliance Officer will focus on continuously improving IT-Security processes, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring robust security governance across business units, suppliers, and the IT organization. You will conduct security risk assessments, perform security audits, and produce security documentation to inform internal governance and external stakeholders. What You'll Do
- Continuously improve IT-Security processes and controls across the organization
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate IT-security risks in business areas, suppliers, and IT systems
- Conduct security audits and verify compliance with security standards
- Create and maintain security-related documents and reports for internal and external stakeholders; regularly report to governance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to exchange security information and develop new IT security solutions
- Educate employees on security topics and raise awareness for safe handling of sensitive information and technical systems What We're Looking For
- Degree in IT-Security or Business Informatics or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in IT-Security or IT-Governance & Compliance
- Experience in creating and evaluating IT-security concepts and auditing complex management systems and IT landscapes
- Certifications such as CISM, CISA are beneficial; knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 50600, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz is advantageous
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and ability to convey complex topics clearly
- Analytical mindset to identify and assess security risks and to develop and implement countermeasures
- Fluent German and good English Nice to Have
