Job title: IT Security & Compliance Engineer
About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Security & Compliance Engineer to work with automotive engineering initiatives from a remote Mexico location. You will execute security and compliance activities (SRA, PIA, DRP, AVS updates), support intake reviews, and maintain artifacts, dashboards, and evidence. You will also participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to process improvement using core engineering tools like MiniTab, Visio, Lean Six Sigma, UML, and BPMN.
What You'll Do
- Execute security and compliance activities (SRA, PIA, DRP, AVS updates)
- Support intake request reviews and validation
- Maintain artifacts, dashboards, and evidence
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and delivery tracking
- Follow documented processes and playbooks
- Apply Automotive Engineering tools (Core Tools, MiniTab, Visio, Lean Six Sigma, UML, BPMN)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote Mexico environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of IT Security & Compliance
- Practical Scrum/Agile participation
- Operational intake process experience
- Process implementation experience; follows defined processes
- Expert/native bilingual English/Spanish language skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- AI & Automation awareness; ability to use tools and understand inputs/outputs
- Remote work capability in Mexico
- Familiarity with Automotive Engineering and relevant core tools (MiniTab, Visio, UML, BPMN)
