About the Role As an IT SAP Project Manager, you will lead the coordination and delivery of multiple related SAP projects for the US and Canada Manufacturing plants (PP, MM, EWM), ensuring alignment with strategic business goals, effective resource use, and on-time, on-budget delivery. You will manage stakeholders, risks, and reporting across the full program lifecycle while promoting consistency in project execution. What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and finalize SAP projects across PP, MM, and EWM in US/Canada manufacturing plants, aligning with business goals and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and enforce service level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and optimization of SAP manufacturing plant roll-outs across the US with parallel project coordination and aggressive timelines.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery.
- Manage project and program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control expenditures.
- Provide leadership, coordination, and direction to multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring junior SAP staff to enhance SAP skills within the team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
- Drive decisions on optimal SAP configuration.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement best practices for project and program management, including the use of relevant methodologies.
- Monitor progress to ensure projects and programs stay on schedule and within budget.
