We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Delivery team and support recruitment projects for international clients across different markets and industries. This role offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, engaging with candidates and stakeholders from different countries while helping companies find the best IT talent.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles;

Work closely with international clients and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs;

Create and publish job advertisements across relevant platforms;

Screen and assess applications and CVs;

Conduct phone screenings and interviews in English and/or other required languages;

Present and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process;

Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients;

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

What We Are Looking For
-
Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;

Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, particularly within the IT sector;

At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Comfortable working with international candidates and clients;

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;

Resilient, dynamic, and organized profile;

Team-oriented mindset;

Results-driven approach and strong sense of responsibility;

Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
-
English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
