About the Role The IT Project Manager will lead and deliver technology projects at Uline from planning through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
What You'll Do
- Lead project planning, scope definition, and schedule development for IT initiatives
- Coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines; manage risks and issue resolution
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior leadership; ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in IT project management with delivery of complex technology initiatives
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations
- Bachelor's degree required; PMP/PMI certification or similar is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with systems integration, ERP, WMS, or similar platforms
