Location: 3773 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 (Hybrid)

Work Days: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am - 5pm; 1 Hour Lunch How Much Travel?: 10%

Qualifications

4–7 years of project management experience, ideally within IT or a technology-adjacent function.
Demonstrated fluency with Jira and Confluence (board setup, workflows, dashboards, reporting) – not just user-level familiarity.
Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior business leaders – clear, direct, and free of vague commitments.
Comfortable engaging with IT concepts and terminology (systems, integrations, data flows) without needing to be a hands-on engineer.
Experience building and maintaining project documentation: status reports, RAID logs, timelines, charters.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pricing, distribution, or ERP-adjacent business projects.
Background supporting manufacturing or distribution business units.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent PM certification.
Prior experience in a PMO structure with standardized governance practices.
Exposure to legacy/older systems (e.g., AS400) is a plus – comfort navigating antiquated tech stacks alongside modern tools.

Fully onboarded onto the Alside pricing project with an established project plan, timeline, and Jira board.
Running regular, structured status updates for both IT leadership and Alside business stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to take on a second concurrent project without disruption to the first.

Overview

Client is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to support IT-focused initiatives for the Alside business unit, starting with a new pricing project for US Distribution. This individual will report to the IT PMO and will manage this project end-to-end while also picking up additional Alside-related IT projects as they arise. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across business and technical stakeholders, has strong command of Jira/Confluence-based project tracking, and can juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without losing sight of deadlines, dependencies, or communication cadence.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project management for the Alside US Distribution pricing project: scope, timeline, resourcing, risk, and status reporting.
Manage additional Alside-related IT projects concurrently as they are assigned, prioritizing and sequencing work across a shifting portfolio.
Set up and maintain project boards, workflows, and documentation in Jira/Confluence, consistent with existing AMI IT PMO standards.
Run regular status meetings and provide clear, structured updates to both IT leadership and business stakeholders, including senior/executive audiences.
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes early; drive resolution with the right stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functionally with IT applications, operations, and business teams (Alside/US Distribution) to keep projects aligned to business goals.
Maintain accurate project artifacts: charters, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
Lead prioritization conversations for new Alside IT project requests.
