Job Description
We're hiring an IT Program Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.
Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7 years of IT experience in a project/program management capacity
- Experience with:
- Leading external or internal IT audits either as the facilitator of the audit or responding to an audit
- Coordinating multiple concurrent audits
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and operational controls
- Proficiency in project and program management methodologies
- Knowledge of IT audit management and regulatory compliance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools)
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks such as NIST and COBIT
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate auditor artifact requests and facilitate meetings between auditors and technology teams
- Track audit deliverables, manage timelines, and resolve stakeholder conflicts
- Monitor remediation efforts and escalate risks when necessary
- Partner across infrastructure, security, application development, operations, and business teams
The hourly rate for this position is $63.65.
