Job Title: IT Procurement and Order Processing Officer (Software & Hardware)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Procurement & Order Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement and supply chain process for hardware and software purchases, both locally and internationally.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing, vendor management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure hardware and software from local and international vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement and order fulfillment process.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience procuring IT hardware and software locally and internationally.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly
