About the Role Corning is seeking an IT Sourcing Analyst to join the Global Sourcing team in Monterrey (Obispado). This role focuses on IT procurement across software, hardware, telecom, and cloud services, with responsibility for supporting end-to-end sourcing activities and collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement. What You'll Do
- Support sourcing activities across IT categories, including software, hardware, telecom, cloud, and IT services.
- Assist in RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including documentation, bid analysis, and supplier comparisons.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, timelines, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, due diligence, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and track contracts, renewals, and sourcing milestones.
- Manage procurement documentation (purchase requests, SOWs, contracts) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support pricing analysis, benchmarking, and sourcing recommendations.
- Maintain data in procurement systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, controls, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to support sourcing initiatives. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain.
- Basic understanding of sourcing processes, contract lifecycle, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
