About the Role
The IT Principal Enterprise Delivery Lead is responsible for the large-scale orchestration of testing across complex integrations and major transformation programs, including ERP. They serve as the primary QA engineering delivery lead for enterprise-wide initiatives and partner with Business and Product leads to ensure critical, high-investment projects deliver quality outcomes. What You'll Do
- Monitor release readiness across multiple squads, enforce Quality Gates and Definition of Done, and drive QA governance during major programs.
- Lead hands-on expansion and maturity of core testing platforms (Playwright, Jenkins, SA utils) to support enterprise-scale delivery.
- Design and execute plans to scale QA capacity and functionality using AI, improving test generation and coverage while reducing manual overhead.
