IT Principal Enterprise Delivery Lead

About the Role

The IT Principal Enterprise Delivery Lead is responsible for the large-scale orchestration of testing across complex integrations and major transformation programs, including ERP. They serve as the primary QA engineering delivery lead for enterprise-wide initiatives and partner with Business and Product leads to ensure critical, high-investment projects deliver quality outcomes. What You'll Do

• Monitor release readiness across multiple squads, enforce Quality Gates and Definition of Done, and drive QA governance during major programs.

• Lead hands-on expansion and maturity of core testing platforms (Playwright, Jenkins, SA utils) to support enterprise-scale delivery.

• Design and execute plans to scale QA capacity and functionality using AI, improving test generation and coverage while reducing manual overhead.

• Lead cross-functional E2E strategy for transformation programs, operationalize automated rules, and participate in requirement review sessions to prevent leakage.

• Manage defects with rigorous RCA, maintain traceability between test cases and defects in X-Ray and Jira, and own test management across the enterprise.

• Drive real-time reporting and data hygiene for QA metrics, and own QA ceremonies and stakeholder participation.

• Coordinate with BSAs, Product Owners, and Engineers to walkthrough test scenarios and mitigate requirement leakage before testing begins. What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering, including at least 5 years in QA leadership or Program QA Delivery.

• Proven track record implementing QA processes across large-scale release cycles and transformation programs.

• Expert-level ability to influence business and product stakeholders and deep understanding of test execution governance.

• Hands-on QA Automation with Playwright and CI/CD via Jenkins; expert in defect lifecycle management with RCA and leakage analysis.

• Expert in enterprise test management tools (X-Ray and Jira) with bi-directional traceability and data hygiene.

• Experience leading QA ceremonies, bug triage calls, and structured walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.

• Experience applying AI-enabled testing, predictive analytics, or self-healing automation to extend testing capacity. Nice to Have

• Experience managing end-to-end testing for complex, integrated ecosystems involving multiple vendor platforms and diverse technical stacks.

• Ability to align QA scope with business priorities during requirement review sessions to proactively drive quality outcomes.
