- The IT personnel should possess a good working knowledge of the following technical areas. While expert-level proficiency in every area is not required, the ability to effectively perform tasks in most of these areas is essential.
- Software Engineering
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Computer Networking (LAN/WAN and Wireless Networks)
- Database Administration (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or other relational databases)
- Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance of Printers and Other Peripheral Devices
