About the Role In dieser Position unterstützt du das Team Outputmanagement in der IT der Zurich Gruppe Deutschland bei der Erstellung sämtlicher Dokumente für Kunden (digital und analog). Du bekommst von Beginn an Einblick in die operative Arbeit und wirst eigenständig Aufgaben übernehmen, um das Team tatkräftig zu unterstützen. What You'll Do
- Monitoring aufbauen und verbessern (z. B. Grafana)
- Neue Dashboards erstellen und bestehende Dashboards verbessern (Übersicht, Verständlichkeit, Standardisierung)
- Aufbau und Optimierung von Alerting/Alarmierungen (z. B. sinnvolle Schwellwerte, weniger Fehlalarme)
- Relevante Metriken und Signale identifizieren und in ein praxistaugliches Monitoring überführen
- Log-Daten auswerten, um Fehlerbilder und Auffälligkeiten schneller zu erkennen
