Role
You will work in a virtual team of global HRIT DevOps organization, responsible for providing HR System Support to all Shell employees, external candidates, and extended enterprise, on implemented HR Compensation & Performance Management (Workday).You will be part of Workday Functional DevOps team, supporting Workday Compensation & Performance Management and understand different Workday modules.You will be deeply involved in maintaining Workday Compensation & Performance Management live Countries and defects resolution, Change Requests and CI items post deployment maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be required to understand both the technical and business side of HRIT processes, to deliver greater business impact and improved employee experience in a more affordable way.
