About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Operations Lead to drive the company’s IT strategy and develop technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 1–3-year IT strategy aligned with operational goals and business objectives.
- Identify technology opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue, and risk management.
- Design, develop, and deploy small-to-medium internal tools and applications.
- Lead SLA discussions with partners to ensure they meet the company’s infrastructure needs.
- Provide first-level support to staff for technology issues, product questions, and system access.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, technology strategy, or IT leadership roles.
- Experience supporting diverse user bases across multiple locations.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional, Project Management, etc. is preferred.
- Strategic thinking, project management, problem-solving, AI, and automation skills.
