Your skills
- Troubleshooting knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, telephony, and network-connected equipment.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Office applications, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Experience with SCCM or similar tools for imaging, patching, software deployment, and device refresh activities.
- Experience using ServiceNow or another IT service-management and ticketing platform.
- Knowledge of standard incident-management, service-request, escalation, and SLA procedures.
- This role is an Hourly non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $22 – $27 USD.
