Your skills
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, as needed
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications

Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking

Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management

Support project rollouts and deployments

The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites.
