Job Summary

Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) is building its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform from the ground up to run a 3 GW+ portfolio of AI data centres and infrastructure across 7 countries. You will lead the network and IT hardware asset discipline: owning the lifecycle of network and IT assets and governing the quality of the asset data behind it, so that every site is measured and maintained against the same standard.

This role works directly with the Global Asset Management Lead, IT, site teams and Finance. The asset data standard is set by the Global Asset Management Lead. You define which fields to track for network and IT assets, review what the site teams record, enforce data discipline and analyze the records. Day-to-day entries are made by the onsite management teams.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Define the data fields to track for network and IT assets (criticality, warranty, end of life, location, spares, performance), within the asset data standard set by the Global Asset Management Lead.
  • Govern and enforce data discipline: review records and submissions from site teams, audit their quality, and drive corrections.
  • Analyse asset records to monitor health, lifecycle and spares; set KPIs and dashboards reported to management and Finance.
  • Own the lifecycle strategy for network, comms and IT assets (criticality, maintenance strategy, replacement and disposal), applying the same lifecycle and inventory controls as power and cooling infrastructure.
  • Take assets from project handover into operations: define the data and documentation required, and check as-builts and registers before assets are accepted.
  • Be the asset-side voice in the EAM: specify requirements with the product owner and IT; support user acceptance testing, data migration and rollout.
  • Work with Finance, procurement and site teams on asset categories, reconciliation, spares and materials.

How you will stand out:

  • Experience: 5+ years on the asset-owner side in asset management, ITAM or network and telecom operations, including 3+ years working with asset data or lifecycle governance for a large asset base. Defence, rail, airports, utilities, telco, data-centre, offshore and financial-institution backgrounds all fit.
  • System knowledge: Working knowledge of an enterprise asset management systems (any vendor): how asset records, work orders and spares are captured and reported. Day-to-day data entry is not part of the role.
  • Handover and onboarding: Experience receiving or onboarding assets into operations, for example from projects, transitions or large rollouts.
  • Data governance: Has reviewed or audited asset records against a standard, enforced data discipline and improved data quality at scale. Can decide which data fields to track and analyse records to build KPIs.
  • Network and IT assets: Experience with the lifecycle of network, telecom or IT hardware assets
  • Education: Degree in engineering, IT or a related field.
  • Mindset: Comfortable building structure in a greenfield environment, not only following an existing one.

Nice to have

  • Involvement in setting up, improving or migrating an EAM, CMMS or ERP: requirements, data loading, testing or user training.
  • Exposure to SAP, IBM Maximo, IFS or Oracle.
  • Data-centre or critical-infrastructure exposure, including facilities, exit or consolidation programmes.
  • Fixed-asset reconciliation experience with Finance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 55001 asset management practice.
  • Data governance, network or data-centre certifications.

What you will experience working with us:

  • A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;
  • An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;
  • Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
  • Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
  • Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
  • Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
  • Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
