IT MCM/ SCCM Administrator

Overview

We are looking for an SCCM Administrator to manage and support our organization's endpoint management. This role will focus on Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM/SCCM) to ensure efficient deployment, configuration, security, and compliance of enterprise devices.

Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for secure patch levels and rollout of client related packages including scripting for defined applications
• Regularly checks whether security-relevant updates are available
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and services
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, IT staff, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• SCCM practical long-term experience

• Error analysis

• Certificate about basis know-how training in SCCM / MCM (Microsoft configuration Manager)

• Basic Intune experience

• Reliable and adherence to deadlines

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Good knowledge of German (>=B1) or / and

• Good knowledge of English (>=B2)

• Powershell skills

• Willingness to learn Communication skills, especially patience when processing complicated inquiries and handling complaints

• Ability to communicate effectively with other IT teams and end users
