About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead the End-User Computing (EUC) function across its Mexico operations. The role oversees delivery, performance, compliance, and innovation of end-user IT services, including device management, endpoint security, and coordination of Level 1 and Level 2 support. What You'll Do
- Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues, and respond to escalated help desk tickets with timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to ensure efficient problem resolution and service delivery.
- EUC Management: Manage desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; implement and enforce IT policies related to end-user devices and security; conduct regular health checks, updates, and performance optimizations.
- Networking: Apply intermediate-level networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues; assist in configuration and management of network devices. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar, with the ability to lead EUC initiatives across a distributed organization (Mexico operations).
- Deep technical expertise in end-user computing, device management, and endpoint security.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and ability to drive operational improvements.
- Experience coordinating Level 1 and Level 2 support, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and navigate a hybrid IT environment.
