About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Manager, Supply Chain Planning to design, develop, and maintain the technology solution that supports global supply chain operations—from demand planning and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. This role focuses on supply chain programs under the supervision of the principal solution architect and oversees Keep the Lights On (KTLO) operations across planning functions and applications, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. It bridges business strategy with technical execution to deliver scalable, integrated, and future-ready solutions across legacy systems and future ERP, MES, WMS, TMS, and planning systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead architecture design for global supply chain solutions, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and order fulfillment under supervision of the principal solution architect.
• Develop target-state solutions aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals across ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), PLM, MES, WMS, TMS, and external partner systems.
• Ensure solutions alignment with business processes and KPIs for supply chain efficiency, visibility, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles and design standards; provide technical leadership during project execution, including vendor selection and design reviews.
• Maintain documentation of architecture artifacts and ensure compliance with security, data, and integration standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service; work with enterprise architects, data architects, and infrastructure teams; liaise with external technology partners, system integrators, and SaaS providers.
• KTLO Operations Management: Oversee daily planning activities to ensure uninterrupted operations across all units; maintain and optimize planning systems and processes; address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement; conduct root cause analyses and implement fixes.
• Leadership and Management: Lead planning and execution of special programs; manage offshore technical resources; align program objectives with business goals; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Franchise & Portfolio Planning: Analyze supply chain aspects of franchise operations; evaluate portfolio performance; adjust planning strategies; support portfolio initiatives and system enhancements.
• New Business Integration: Collaborate with business development to assess supply chain implications of new opportunities; design processes to support launches and integration; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Project Deliverables: Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget results.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions that support global supply chain operations—from demand planning through fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), PLM, MES, WMS, TMS, and external partner systems.
• Ability to translate business processes into scalable architecture; alignment with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.
• Experience leading architecture and project delivery, including vendor selection and design reviews.
• Experience leading offshore technical resources; strong leadership, motivation, and professional development skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad 4 days a week and to operate during US EST time zone.
• Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service) and with enterprise/data/infrastructure teams.
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and incident management abilities; able to address IT issues quickly.
• Experience with franchise and portfolio planning and new business integration is a plus.
