Job Description
- Manage and oversee the hotel's daily IT operations and ensure all systems run smoothly.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of hotel IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Handle IT-related issues and provide technical support to hotel departments.
- Monitor IT systems, troubleshoot technical problems, and ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors and external parties regarding IT-related matters.
- Supervise and manage the IT team to ensure effective daily operations.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Manager in the hotel industry.

Previous experience managing hotel IT operations and systems.

Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, and software.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

Good command of English.
