About this role
About the Role You will support the license management team with a focus on correct and efficient licensing of a defined range of software products from ContiTech's global software portfolio. The role ensures proper documentation and provides data-driven insights to support compliance, risk mitigation and budgeting across the license lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Process and store license documents, including recording license metrics
- Support the ordering process for maintenance and subscriptions
- Ensure documentation of license acquisitions in the license management tool
- Issue and manage license keys
- Contribute to measures for risk mitigation
- Determine and validate data sets for periodic license reports
- Prepare and support internal license audits
- Monitor data quality of license types and usage
- Support the budget planning process for centrally managed software usage rights
