Job title: IT Infrastructure Specialist
You Will Do ensuring the operational continuity of IT infrastructure - supporting IT system users in their daily work installing and configuring workstations administering devices, servers, and applications used within the company collaborating with second-line support and external vendors to resolve major issues maintaining a high standard of customer service regarding the services provided administering the local area network (LAN)
You Must Have Higher education (university) - major: computer science 5+ years of experience on the similar position (in production company) Good communication in English (in writing & speaking) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams Analytical thinking skills Ability of effectively solve problems Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) knowledge of Windows 10 - at the workstation administration level knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi configuration and maintenance familiarity with office application, email, antivirus systems etc. ability to analyze problems and find solutions
