About the Role Join ZF IT WIO Delivery & Support team as an IT Infrastructure Engineer in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, supporting the Aftermarket Division across Asia (excluding China and India). You will manage IT infrastructure across plants and warehouses, enable digital transformation initiatives, and bridge global IT standards with local business needs. What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup, and data center operations at Johor Bahru plant and PTP Warehouse
- Provide support for local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Ensure implementation of IT security standards, system patching, monitoring, and issue remediation
- Support workplace IT services, including end-user devices, printing, telephony, and conference room technologies
