About the Role VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect to design, deploy, and optimize end-to-end infrastructure solutions across networking, storage, servers, and cloud. This role focuses on building secure, scalable, and disaster-ready hybrid/multi-cloud environments from Guadalajara with a hybrid work arrangement.
What You'll Do
- Design and deploy end-to-end infrastructure solutions (networking, storage, servers, cloud).
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data integrity across infrastructure.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.
- Architect and manage hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Optimize infrastructure using virtualization and automation.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and server management.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.
- Proven leadership in complex, cross-functional IT projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.
