About the Role We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Administrator to join our Technology team in EMEA. In this role, you will be key in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure, while collaborating with regional teams across Europe. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement in infrastructure services. What You'll Do
- Ensure the operation, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure systems
- Coordinate with local CIO, regional teams, and Information Security
- Support regional initiatives and cross-country projects
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Oversee servers, network devices, printers, and IT equipment
- Ensure alignment with global IT standards, governance, and tools
- Manage asset lifecycle (hardware & software)
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Maintain and improve technical documentation
- Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and service enhancement
- Monitor budget and infrastructure-related expenditures What We're Looking For
- Experience in operating and securing IT infrastructure systems
- Ability to coordinate with CIOs, regional teams, and Information Security
- Experience managing external vendors and cross-country projects
- Strong documentation, asset lifecycle management, and budgeting awareness
- Interest in automation and cost optimization
