About the Role

As an IT Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the critical infrastructure that supports 24/7 terminal operations. You will administer server, virtualization, storage, cloud, and network environments while ensuring high levels of availability, security, and performance. Working closely with local, regional, and global teams, you will play a key role in supporting operational continuity, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to support the technology backbone of a world-class terminal operation.
  • Exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, virtualization, and networking environments.
  • A collaborative environment focused on safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunities to work with regional and global technology teams and industry-leading technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain physical and virtual server environments, storage infrastructure, and enterprise networks.

  • Manage and optimize VMware environments, including host, cluster, resource, and virtualization management.

  • Own the server patching and vulnerability management cycle, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant.

  • Support cloud infrastructure environments, including Azure and AWS, to enable hybrid technology solutions.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring recovery objectives are met and regularly tested.

  • Troubleshoot complex server, networking, storage, virtualization, and Active Directory issues while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders when required.

  • Who We Are Looking For

  • We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

  • Demonstrate a strong continuous improvement mindset and a commitment to finding smarter, safer, and more effective ways of working.

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Have at least 5–7 years of hands-on infrastructure administration experience within enterprise or 24/7 operational environments.

  • Bring strong expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, along with experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.

  • Possess solid networking knowledge across LAN, WAN, WLAN, switching, routing, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure services.

  • Have experience supporting cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS, including hybrid infrastructure environments.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills while working across IT, Operations, OT, and Cyber Security teams.
