Your skills 18 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems. Driving licence Excellent time management skill
Your tasks
Onsite Dispatch Support Receive and validate assigned tickets. Be dispatched to customer locations. Coordinate onsite visits. Attend customer sites and perform ticketed support activities. Test device functionality after completing work. Obtain user acceptance/sign-off where applicable.
