Your skills
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support, including printers, servers, data centers, or enterprise-level projects.
- Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
- Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Available to work a rotational 24/7 on call; scheduled shift.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $20 – $24 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
