About this role
What You Can Expect
- Provide L2/L3 deskside and remote support for Windows and macOS devices.
- Manage end-to-end IT onboarding, including provisioning, MDM enrollment, software configuration, and access validation.
- Manage the hardware asset lifecycle, including inventory, refresh, and decommissioning.
- Execute IMAC activities while maintaining defined SLAs.
- Coordinate IT procurement for accessories, peripherals, and consumables.
- Operate and maintain Zoom Rooms, video conferencing systems, video walls, and hybrid meeting infrastructure.
- Administer Zoom Rooms, including firmware updates, room profiles, and scheduling integration.
- Perform preventive maintenance and AV health checks.
- Manage AV incident response, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Support AV requirements for town halls, executive meetings, and customer visits.
