About the Role
The Procter & Gamble plant in Blois, located in the Loir-et-Cher region, is one of the group's largest shampoo production sites. Every day, we produce over 2 million bottles using highly automated, cutting-edge technology. As an IT & Digital intern, you will develop your skills through hands-on projects and training, focusing on digital tools, data, and automation to optimize factory operations. What You'll Do

Develop, automate, and optimize factory processes by delivering custom business solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

Generate, capture, analyze, and activate factory data; build dashboards and analytical solutions with visualization or data integration tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, Grafana.

Integrate AI and automation solutions into projects, such as predictive maintenance, to help teams optimize operations.

Participate in infrastructure and systems projects, such as Active Directory migration and firewall rules management to strengthen security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform processes and coordinate digital initiatives. What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program in an engineering school or a Master's in IT, Digital Transformation.

Fluent in English and French; strong communication skills in both languages.

Proactive with initiative, able to drive projects forward.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially with digital tools and data analysis.

Collaborative with interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Databricks, Grafana.

Familiarity with Active Directory migrations and firewall/security considerations.
