Nature and Scope
This position is directly responsible for managing and supporting all elements related to desktop PC’s, laptops, mobile communication devices, installed Operating Systems and productivity software. In addition, responsibilities include supporting Onboarding/offboarding practices, asset management, Tier 1-2 level support for all ARI applications. Good people skills are required as this position will consistently interact with internal/ external customers daily. Excellent communication and technical skills are necessary to communicate with customers to evaluate hardware and software requirements and provide solutions which meet those requirements.
