We are looking for:

IT DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Department and IT team;
• Develop and implement the IT strategy in line with business objectives and Group standards;
• Ensure reliable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure, systems and services;
• Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives;
• Manage IT risks, information security and business continuity;
• Manage external IT providers, vendors and technology partners;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and the adoption of new technologies;
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and security standards;
• Act as a strategic partner to business functions on technology-related matters.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including managerial or leadership experience;
• Experience in the insurance industry and/or financial institutions is preferred;
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and information security is preferred;
• Experience in IT project management and digital transformation;
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills;
• Strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
