About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to oversee the business analysis work for Mattel's Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. The role focuses on WMS and OMS implementations, partnering with business teams and IT stakeholders, and supporting go-live and hypercare. The candidate will work on-site in Hyderabad 4 days a week in alignment with US EST business hours.
What You'll Do
- Lead the business analysis for IT solutions for Logistics and DTC functions globally.
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements and user stories for WMS and OMS implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business teams, solution architects, vendors, and internal IT teams in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live, and hypercare project phases.
