  • Be the bridge between business and technology, partnering with teams to understand business needs and turn them into practical, high-impact technology solutions
  • Collaborate across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Engineering to uncover opportunities that streamline processes and strengthen business performance
  • Transform business challenges into clear priorities by gathering, analyzing and defining process, system, data and reporting requirements
  • Support enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing systems enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility and operational performance
  • Turn ideas into actionable solutions by translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams and solution partners
  • Coordinate successful solution adoption by coordinating testing, user acceptance, training and change management to ensure smooth implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and deliver measurable business value

What makes you great

  • You bring 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis or business systems support, with a passion for translating operational requirements into effective solutions
  • Leverage experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, JDE or other leading enterprise resource planning platforms to help optimize business processes and system capabilities
  • Apply a strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality and / or finance processes to connect technology solutions with real-world stakeholder priorities
  • Use strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to navigate complex challenges, identify opportunities and drive meaningful improvements
  • Be a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders and turning business needs into clear, actionable solutions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, confidently balancing multiple priorities while staying focused on quality, service and results
  • Bring additional value through experience with SQL, reporting and analytics tools, Agile methodologies and / or project management, which is considered a plus
