Zapier is positioned to empower IT and business teams with safe, AI-powered workflows that streamline operations and reduce IT backlog. This role focuses on enabling self-service automation while maintaining IT oversight and security.
What You'll Do

Help teams design and deploy AI-powered workflows across IT and business functions using Zapier's platform and 9,000+ integrations.

Enable self-service workflow creation within IT-approved boundaries with features like global access controls and app/action restrictions.

Automate routine IT and business processes to free up time for strategic initiatives and improve response times.

Collaborate with security teams to build mission-critical workflows that maintain a strong security posture.

What We're Looking For

Interest in AI-powered automation and simplifying complex processes.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools and low-code/no-code approaches.

Ability to describe workflows in natural language and translate them into automated processes.

Basic understanding of IT operations, security considerations, and governance.
