About the Role IT Analysts will design and manage project schedules, roadmaps, test scenarios, and go-live plans, gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs to improve operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Create project schedules, product roadmaps, test scenarios, and go-live schedules.
- Gather and configure business requirements and functional design specifications; define and articulate user stories and functional requirements.
- Analyze complex workflows across multiple datasets and collaborate with UX teams and software engineering to design efficient solutions.
- Perform GAP analysis by drafting future state workflows for work order automation using MS Visio.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing on work orders and bill generation for enterprise products.
- Optimize project management processes using Jira by developing a comprehensive backlog management system to improve task tracking efficiency. What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration (any) is required.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills; ability to work with UX and engineering teams.
- Experience with MS Visio and Jira; familiarity with work order automation concepts.
- Willingness to work at South Plainfield, NJ and travel to various locations across the U.S.
