Job title: IT Analyst – Designer – Generative AI, Python, Java & SQL - ICP (M/F/X)

About the Role Analyst – IT designer within the ICP IT department, responsible for identifying business needs and translating them into robust IT solutions. You will leverage generative AI (notably Python) to automate tasks, support development and analysis, and design AI agents for specific business use cases, while contributing to the evolution and maintenance of existing Java applications.

What You'll Do

• Analyze needs expressed by ICP business teams and assess functional and technical impact.
• Design robust application solutions aligned with company context and constraints.
• Leverage generative AI via Python to automate technical/functional tasks, support development and analysis, and design targeted AI agents for business use cases.
• Contribute to evolution and maintenance of existing applications, mainly in Java.
• Design and optimize Oracle / SQL / PL-SQL processes (queries, procedures, performance).
• Actively participate in functional and technical tests, validation and production releases.
• Write and maintain clear functional and technical documentation.
• Contribute to quality, security, compliance and maintainability of IT solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Higher education (Bachelor or Master in Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Solid Oracle / SQL / PL-SQL proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Java for applications and integrations.
• Strong interest in generative AI applied in an enterprise environment.
• Practical knowledge of Python, mainly for automation via AI.
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsible and team-oriented.
• Good knowledge of technical English.
