Job title: IT AM Support Sr. Specialist SCM and EWM (f/m/d)

About the Role Join Yazaki IT as an IT AM Support Sr. Specialist focusing on SCM and EWM. You will design and transition IT services, coordinate delivery with internal and external teams, and support 2nd/3rd line service operations from the Ovar Plant in Portugal. You will work within IT-AM framework, ensure testing, documentation, and continuous improvements.

What You'll Do

• Service Design: Create blueprint or specification for an IT solution.
• Service Transition: Build new IT solution (e.g., customization and developments) triggered by Incidents, Changes, Problems or Projects.
• Coordinate and steer others within area of responsibility (developers, external/internal consultants).
• Align with requester for testing and QA, support deployment, and provide proper documentation.
• If Project or Change Lead, ensure proper handling of scope, quality, time and budget.
• Change Manager: provide progress/status updates according to IT-AM framework; update Service Now in time as agreed.
• Communicate and align with requester and stakeholders as overall contact person; use escalation procedure in case of disagreements.
• Actively gain knowledge in assigned area when changes occur or new processes are implemented.
• Support in reviewing changed/new documentation; create documentation and ensure central storage.
• Train other persons in the area (primarily IT knowledge transfer; business trainings possible on request).
• Ensure clear communication that SME on defined area is available.
• Provide continuous improvements in the area and push ideas to IT organization to get decisions on next steps.
• Service Operations: 2nd and 3rd level support for Incidents and Problems; take 24/7 on-duty support where needed in alignment with SOM.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience.
• Automotive business processes knowledge.
• Proficient knowledge in SAP EWM, SAP Materials Management, SAP Logistics Execution; Basic knowledge in SD and PP; ABAP.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of communication protocols, EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT) and its message segments structure.
