Job Title: IT Administrator- Level II
Job Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
$35-$38/hour
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Level II IT Support Administrator to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with network and server infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, workstation, printer, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, applications, and mobile devices.
- Support Active Directory, VPN access, user accounts, and equipment inventory.
- Perform intermediate network troubleshooting involving DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and switches.
- Assist with server maintenance, virtualization, network equipment installation, and security checks.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors and IT teams.
- Respond to support requests through tickets, phone, email, and in-person assistance.
Requirements

Level II IT support experience required.

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, associate degree with 6+ years, or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Relevant IT certifications preferred.

Valid driver’s license and passport required; travel up to 5% may be necessary.
