About the Role
Infostud is seeking an IT administrator on behalf of Vibac Group, a leading developer and manufacturer of specialty packaging films and tapes. The role focuses on installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, and on monitoring and maintaining computer systems, local networks, servers, data centers, internetworks and telephone systems. What You'll Do

Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications

Monitor and maintain computer systems, local networks, servers, data centers, internetworks and telephone systems (local and mobile)

Guide staff or clients through a series of actions, face to face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues

Troubleshoot system, network, internetwork and telephone problems; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults

Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

Follow instructions to repair faults or set up a system

Support the roll-out of new applications

Set up new users' accounts and profiles and handle password issues

Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs; prioritize and manage many open cases at one time What We're Looking For

High school, college or college degree in IT

Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar roles

Knowledge of English (verbal and written)

Knowledge of computer hardware and software; advanced use of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Advanced use of Microsoft Office packages

Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems
