About the Role The IT administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, and for monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure including local networks, servers, data centers, internetworks and telephone systems. The role involves assisting staff and clients, troubleshooting issues, and supporting deployment of new applications. What You'll Do
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, local networks, servers, data centers, internetworks and telephone systems (landline and mobile)
- Guide staff or clients through setup and issue resolution, face-to-face or over the phone
- Troubleshoot system, network, internetwork and telephone problems; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
