About the Role Rutgers is seeking an IST Analyst II to coordinate and develop end-user support and guidance for AI platforms at an enterprise level within the Office of Information Technology. The role involves collaboration with AI committees and OIT partners to maintain knowledge and ensure effective service delivery. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and develop end-user support for enterprise AI platforms
- Collaborate with AI committees and OIT partners (EARC and EI) to maintain knowledge bases and guidance
- Support service delivery, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Help define user-facing processes and ensure help desk alignment with enterprise AI strategy What We're Looking For
- Experience in IT support and enterprise-level service delivery (especially for AI platforms)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials
- Familiarity with ITIL or service management concepts is a plus Nice to Have
- Experience with AI governance, risk, and policy considerations at an enterprise level
