About the Role Technimont and Tecnimont Arabia Limited are delivering EPC contracts for a petrochemical expansion at the SATORP Refinery in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ISS - Construction Instrumentation Supervisor will lead instrumentation subcontractor activities, ensuring works align with erection schedules, project documents, budget, and safety/quality standards, through pre-commissioning and commissioning. What You'll Do
- Direct subcontractor instrumentation activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, design documents, safety, and quality, within contract terms.
- Review supplier material and method statements, ensuring correct field application and alignment with construction schedules.
- Implement and monitor HSE procedures; participate in site HSE activities per plan.
- Monitor progress, recover delays, verify equipment/manpower adequacy, and sign off on inspections and certificates.
- Manage non-conformities, coordinate resolutions, and detect design errors for corrective actions with Site Engineer.
- Review subcontractors’ progress/status sheets and approve; manage vendor specialists.
- Assist contract manager/engineer with pricing amendments and claims analysis. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar EPC Oil & Gas/Refinery role.
- Strong communications, interpersonal skills; attention to detail; team-oriented; proactive problem-solving. Compensation & Benefits
