About the Role The Information Services Manager leads a team of digital/IT professionals responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving critical applications, hardware, and related technology services across multiple departments and sites, including affiliated and partner locations. The role partners with technical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery, system optimization, and ongoing technology modernization. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a cross-functional IT team responsible for supporting critical applications, hardware, and technology services across Dana-Farber’s Radiation Oncology operations and affiliated locations.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to align IT services with patient care and research goals; ensure reliable service delivery and system optimization. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading IT/digital teams; strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Flexibility to work across departments/sites; ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Qualifications vary by role; many entry-level or administrative roles require HS diploma or associate degree, while clinical/research roles typically require advanced degrees, certifications, or relevant professional experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $147,500 - $163,700 per year.
