Job Summary
- Responsible for supervising rope access activities and ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with approved procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise rope access teams.
- Plan and coordinate rope access activities.
- Conduct equipment and work-area checks.
- Ensure compliance with rope access procedures and HSE requirements.
- Support technicians during complex access and maintenance activities.
- Monitor work quality and provide technical guidance.
- Complete relevant work and safety documentation.
Requirements
- Valid IRATA Level 3 certification.
- Relevant rope access experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Previous supervisory/lead experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of rope access safety and rescue procedures.
- Ability to work at height and in challenging environments.
